If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any Liv Labs products purchased directly from https://livlabsnow.com website, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Your refund includes only the cost of the product. It does not include the cost of shipping. Before any product is returned to Liv Labs or Liv Labs Canada, the Brand Partner or customer must contact our Support department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number. Any packaged returned without this information on the outside of the box may be refused and may result in a refund not issuing.
If you purchased your product directly from a Brand Partner, you will need to obtain your refund from that Brand Partner.

CBD/HEMP
CBD is short for cannabidiol and is one of over 100 cannabinoids found in the cannabis plant.
Don’t get cannabinoid confused with the scientific name for CBD (cannabidiol). Cannabinoids include over one hundred unique chemical compounds found in hemp. The two most known cannabinoids are CBD and THC.
Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is the psychoactive ingredient found in marijuana that results in a “high.” Cannabidiol (CBD) which is renowned for its many health and wellness benefits is found primarily in hemp and is not psychoactive.
Marijuana and hemp are two varieties of the same plant species: Cannabis sativa. Hemp has been bred to have very low levels of THC (0.3% or less) and high levels of CBD and other cannabinoids such as CBG and CBN . Marijuana has been bred to have higher levels of THC.
You may have noticed some products are rich in hemp seed oil, a fatty acid, and other compounds that are highly nutritious for skin and hair. However, hemp seed oil is not the same as Hemp CBD oil. It does not contain CBD or any terpenes, flavonoids or cannabinoids. Instead, hemp seed oil is made by pressing hemp seeds.

Full spectrum CBD has all the beneficial compounds found in hemp, like terpenes, flavonoids, fatty acids, and cannabinoids, including trace amounts of THC. Liv Labs products are certified to contain less than 0.3% THC, so they won’t make you feel high. At this time, our Full Spectrum products are only offered
in the U.S.
Broad spectrum CBD offers similar benefits but contains 0.0 THC. Liv Labs uses a special process for this, and each batch is thoroughly tested for purity. If you’d rather not try THC, you can select our broad-spectrum or Isolate formulas.
An Isolate is when a formula uses only specific cannabinoids such as CBD and/or CBG. It is a form that is free of THC. Isolates can be used to create specific benefits and is also used when blending other natural plant-based ingredients for maximum benefits.

Hemp products sold in stores are not always made the with highest quality ingredients and may contain only trace amounts of CBD. Our Full, Broad and Isolates, however, are extracted from the female flower of specifically selected hemp cultivars, offering consistency and quality in the contents of our oil. Plus, every batch of our CBD products are 3rd Party tested for purity & potency to validate the amount of CBD.

Reputable companies have many standards in place to ensure the safety and efficacy of their products. Important tests check for contaminants like pesticides, herbicides, heavy metals and mold as well as cannabinoid content. Also, review the product’s Certificate of Analysis (COA) for detailed information.
Unless otherwise stated on the product or COA, Liv Labs CBD products have a shelf life of 24 months. It does not necessarily mean at the end of the 24 months that the product should be considered impotent. it simply means that the CBD will not be as strong as it originally was, and the potency might be less. Liv Labs recommends that you use the product by or before the 24-month expiration for maximum benefits. You will see a DOM (Date of Manufacture) on every bottle. We recommend that all products be stored in a cool dry spot out of direct sunlight.
No. Broad Spectrum and Isolates don’t contain the THC compound. Full Spectrum contains less than 0.03% THC which is not enough to make you “high”. Our CBD products can produce a feeling of relaxation and promote sound sleep, but it isn’t psychoactive.
The way CBD and other Cannabinoids make you feel varies from person to person. Everybody is different, so everybody will have a different response. Most work-place drug screens and tests target delta9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and should not detect the presence of Cannabidiol (CBD) or other legal natural hemp-based constituents.
Even though our products contain less than 0.3% THC (Federal Legal Limit), studies have shown that ingesting Full Spectrum CBD can cause confirmed positive results when screening urine and blood specimens. Accordingly, if you are subject to any form of employment drug testing or screening, we recommend (as does the United States Armed Services) that you DO NOT use any CBD products. Liv Labs Full Spectrum tinctures (2500mg and Liv4Pets) contain less than 0.3% THC in the USA which does not produce a psychoactive effect or a “high.” Having a small amount of THC may help produce the “Entourage Effect,” where various cannabinoids work together for more overall benefit.
